NAC has finalised the most awaited draft of Food Security Bill and after implementation of this maximum no .of Indian population will get rice and wheat on discounted price. <br><br><br>Foodgrains will be made available through PDS.As per finalised draft almost 40 percent of the total population will get 35 kg foodgrains every month and will pay Rs3,rs 2 and Rs1 per kg for rice ,wheat and millets.
