Mission: -
Collate information on various aspects of agriculture
in WTO & international trade between member and important non-member
countries and provide it for policies and program to make Indian
agriculture and agro-industries globally competitive while protecting
interests of Indian farming and Agro-based community.
Objectives:

To keep farming community, their associations
and Agro-Based industries informed about the latest developments
and trends in agriculture in WTO regime and get their feedback.

To create a network or a group of members
from various countries having similar interests.
|
|
|
To interact with Government of India, various
state governments and other policymaking bodies in respect
of agriculture policies and programs with reference to WTO
developments
