(1) You are making this payment to "Indian Society of Agribusiness Professionals". If your payment transaction completes successfully, you will be sent an electronic mail at the email address provide by you later. Printed receipt is send to you only if you demand for the same after receiving the electronic mail. In your credit card statement, this will be mentioned as a payment to “ISAPIndia.org” or to “Indian Society of Agribusiness Professionals” or to “Avenues India Pvt Ltd” Or to ""CCAvenues.com"

(2) After you key in the details of the credit card and click on submit button, the processing of the payment transaction starts and you get a digital statement when the processing completes. This processing may take few seconds. You should ensure that you remain connected to the internet during this period. In case you are disconnected before you get the receipt, you should contact the ISAPIndia to know the status of your Donation.

(3) Payment Confirmation and any other communication will be sent at the email address you provide. Therefore ensure that you provide a valid and correct email address.

(4) By clicking on the "Submit" button of the 2rd page of this form, it will take you to the secure server. This will prevent anyone else from accessing your personal information during the credit card payment transaction. The payment transaction will be processed by "CCAvenues" an Avenues India Pvt Ltd Service.

(6) All disputes are subject to the New Delhi jurisdiction.
